Madeline is thrilled to be returning to the line for the 3rd time as Connie Wong in the Palace Theatre's production of "A Chorus Line" in Manchester, NH!

I know I’m a week and a half late but how could I forget about an ACL dump!

This show and this role are so deeply personal to me and I have nothing but endless gratitude to @palacetheatrenh for letting me play this “peanut on pointe” for a 3rd time alongside such an incredible group of artists! From doing this show for the first time in my 30s to checking off 2 more roles on Connie/ Baayork’s resume (The King & I, Here’s Love aka Miracle on 34th Street) to doing the show post-injury- I found new ways to connect to Connie’s story.

Thank you @baayork for sharing your story, opening the door for so many Asian dancers like myself and continuing the legacy of this beautiful musical. Playing Connie continues to be the greatest joy and privilege of my career!

THIRTY ✨

After the past 12 years of celebrating our birthday separately we thought 30 was a good reason to reunite. It was so special to celebrate with friends we’ve known since pre-school to friends who didn’t even know that we were twins. Thanks for all the birthday love! Can’t wait to see what’s in store for this next decade!

2024 has been by far the most exciting and fulfilling year of my career thus far! I am so grateful for all that I’ve gained from these incredible opportunities.

A Chorus Line (Lauderhill Performing Arts Center):

After a year a half recovering from an Achilles rupture I got to return to the stage! This show & role have always been special to me, but doing ACL after a traumatic audition injury, while very vulnerable, was the healing experience that I needed.

The King and I (Beef & Boards):
Dir. Brian Jose Choreo. Jen Ladner
This was my first time working with a predominantly Asian team and the experience shaped my identity and filled my soul in ways I didn’t know were possible. This show and these people truly changed my life.

Bye Bye Birdie (Argyle)
Dir./ choreo Jen Wineman
After years of being typed as an ensemble dancer, I was given the opportunity to take on a character role. This show boosted my confidence as an actor and was some of the most fun I’ve ever had on stage!

Miracle on 34th Street (Fireside):
Dir. Ed Flesh Choreo. Kristyn Pope
This was my first holiday contract and the schedule was INTENSE! After an 8 week run of 9 shows a week in a dance heavy show, I learned how to properly take care of my body post-injury. Getting to perform such exciting choreo made my dancer heart so happy!

I’m could not be more thankful to those who gave me opportunities this year to do the thing that I love most! To anyone who lifted me above their head, made me break on stage or taught me how to use chopsticks thank you for making this my best year yet! So excited to see what opportunities are in store for 2025 ✨
